I spent 10 days retreat at this centre. but instead of commenting on my course I took there, I will comment on the place and service. The centre is very clean and organized. It's maintained and used by volunteers and I'm quite impressed on how good the place is. The bedding can be bit dirty, but bring your own blankets, bedding covers and pillow covers. I am a foodie and a hardcore meat eater. But I had amazing Vegterian food and I didn't even miss meats during my retreat.

If you ever have uncomfortable pains or anything when meditating, please let teacher know or mention it in your application. They are really good at accommodations - I am saying this as a deaf person. I was also their first meditator who was deaf. But they did so great. So don't get discouraged from another review below.

Took 10 days meditation course and loved it !!

The center is very peaceful. Volunteers are so supportive and friendly. You do need dedication and determination to be able to do the course.

Overall, it’s worth it and beautiful experience. Highly recommended ?

Le plus beau cadeau qu'on peut se donner à soi. Depuis 2018 j'ai la chance de mettre 10 jours de côté par an et de me reconnecter à ce qu'il y a de plus important. Merci à toute l'équipe de bénévoles rendant cet endroit aussi spécial pour tant de personnes.

Le cours est vraiment bien conçu il faut être ouvert d'esprit respectueux des consignes et faire la part des choses. Les émotions ne sont pas les bienvenus. C'est un cours pour apprendre à méditer et c'est plutôt strict. Ils ont leur raison d'être aussi peu conciliant. J'ai personnellement manqué de soutien et de considération. Je suis désolée si jamais vous viver une situation semblable. Peace
