Katie Douet is the most helpful and knowledgeable service representative I have had the courtesy of speaking with. I spoke with a Jennifer at 10am and was told my records were being faxed. Come to find out it was sent to the wrong number. Someone out there has all of my info. I can not speak highly enough of Katie. She’s a diamond.

Second time I've used them. Made one, minor mistake on my paperwork but as it was minor and the correct info also appeared on the same page, it was not a problem. Always polite when I contacted them, and always most helpful! Dropped a star due to the error noted above, but I will still ise them again without hesitation. Great overall experience!

I have been dealing with MediCopy during my time off work to get my FMLA paper work filed. During this time I have talked to Grace and other wonderful ladies. The ladies have been very polite, very efficient while processing my paper work in a timely manner to my company. They have went above and beyond in customer service. Great job MediCopy and wonderful ladies!

MediCopy was quick to solve my issue, and was even nice enough to void the next fee for the other paper I needed to have filled out. Although it shouldn’t have taken a bad review to get such a quick response, I do appreciate the voided fee and help after thinking the paper was never getting to its destination.

I have not had great luck with MediCopy. I’m not getting paid maternity leave so it is frustrating that my doctor’s office is using this service that I now have to pay for to have forms filled out. I have reached out multiple times now because my HR team still has not received my paper work. The first time the response I received back was my copy of the form, but still my HR team did not receive it on their end. The email that I received with the form looked almost like spam and I was really hesitant to click it at first, I would have rather had a response from a team member stating that it was my forms instead of just a link. I tried to use the text services to maybe get a quicker answer and did not hear back. It’s frustrating at this point and if it wasn’t for the fact that I’d like to secure my position in my job I would try and avoid this service.
