From fresh whole food, delicious snacks to amazing hot yoga classes, sound bath, meditation and craft making, the value and service were truly exceptional. I highly recommend this place.

My first yoga retreat experience and it was amazing. The weekend retreat started with a delicious dinner followed by yoga. Next morning started with an abundant breakfast spread, followed by nature walk, then yoga, then craft activities, and the day ended with yoga and sound bath. The events were well planned and all the meals were delicious. We painted and made chocolates. Ate rum cake and thumbprint cookies. I especially enjoyed the Sunday morning hot yoga session to round up the weekend, leaving me feel both relaxed and energized. Thank you LHY for introducing me to yoga retreat. My first class as a new student with Suzanne was life changing. The instruction given is organized and easy to follow which allows my mind to focus only on the poster. I feel like her biggest fan, following her around to any of the classes she teaches.
I have enjoyed every class I have taken at LHY and have been consistently going several times a week for 3 months. The studio is clean and organized, the entire experience is beautiful.
My nervous system has turned down 20 notches since starting this and I’ve toned down 2 sizes.
The price is completely affordable and worth every penny.

I’ve been a yogi at LHY for 3 years now and I feel a special connection with the owner and teachers here. It’s my happy place and there’s no other place that can make me feel whole like them. I just experienced my first ever yoga retreat this past weekend with them and had an amazing time with great company and they had a variety of different classes and activities for all age groups. I've been going to classes at this studio for a little over a month now, and I'm super happy with it! The price point is affordable which many studios are not. I did the package of 10 classes so that I am never paying for classes I am not taking and it's been working well for me. All the instructors have given direct individual attention and support to me and other yoga students and I had another student share with me that's why she goes here. Today I met the owner of the studio and really felt like I met the heart and soul of this studio herself, which was lovely. The owner has such a big heart and graceful movement and her class brought me into alignment in a wonderful, sweaty flow.

This yoga retreat was much needed and a perfect get away with my girls. Thank you Lakewood Hot Yoga for such a special experience! The place was great, the food was delicious and the classes were sooo good...even my 2 year old daughter joined class and did some yogi moves. My first experience with the sound bath was pretty cool and I learned a lot from the spine workshop with Dr Lu. This retreat touched on all the things necessary to give your mind and body the reset it needs. Thank you again for having us!
