First, Hana did a superior job showing and explaining why K Designers and American Tubs out perform all of their competitors. Second, Josh did an amazing job with follow-up and delivery of my walk-in, sit-down jacuzzi tub. Third, I can only sing praises to Miguel for an extremely challenging yet highly professional installation and remodel required for my walk-in tub to fit perfectly.

I would love to see a better design from American Tubs with the use of the push button functions, but I know I can contact K Designers to have a very few minor corrections made..

I've spent over 51 years of my life providing professional, courteous, and prompt customer service and support. A very big "shout out" to Hana for getting the ball rolling and a successful outcome to my walk-in tub project. This was by far the most critical home improvement I've ever needed. Today, I totally consider Hana a good friend and for his continued success.

We knew we needed windows, so we interviewed three different window companies. Hana from Kdesigners presented. He was friendly and personable. What struck me was Hana didn't come in and try to sell me on redoing all of our windows. He listened to our needs and wants and we discussed the different options. Once we decided what was best for us. He was efficient with the paperwork. The entire process was professional with outstanding service. As a company KDesigners was responsive and quick to resolve issues.

From sales to installation, I could really not say a negative word about K. The windows and sliding doors offered easier opening, beauty, sound barrier, and warmth. Electric bill is down $20 per month which is good for 1000 square foot condo. They are tinted with taste. I’m no longer in fear of the Sliding door falling down and hitting me on the head!

We had K-designers upgrade our windows at two separate locations. The windows are nice. The first house, they sent a crew that was speedy with the install but didn’t know anything about the trim and casing that was supposed to get installed. So, we were offered $1k off our original quote. The second property had windows, trim, casing, stools and aprons installed. The workmanship wasn’t the greatest and when I addressed issues with the installer he would listen but try to explain why I should be okay with the way things were installed and that the local supply store didn’t have longer pieces (when in fact they did). A longer stool/sill was replaced with a piece of wood joined in the middle. I expressed my dislike for it and was told once I paint it that it wouldn’t be noticeable. Another stool/sill has a crack through it and a couple with chipped sections. When I asked about the sides of the trim surrounding window being caulked, I was told it didn’t get done because I needed to paint still. Overall, just not pleased and won’t use this company again.

From the start Hana was up front explaining everything in detail about a small quick fix on a damaged area to siding our whole house and fixing a sliding glass door. Outstanding customer service. It was great working with Hana hopefully the rest of the project goes as great as Hana. Looking forward to seeing the completed project.
